How Trusted Order Works
From checkout to settlement, you’re always in control.
Order Placement
- At checkout in seller’s app or website, select Trusted Order and enter your phone number.
- Order details and payment policy directly appear in your Trusted Order app.
- When your order arrives, simply tap “Arrived”.
Order Delivery
- Add a new card or reuse a saved one through a secure payment gateway.
- As per order’s payment policy, the amount is securely held on your card.
- You get a secret number to share with the driver, and receive your order.
Check Delivered Order
- Check your order within review time given by order’s payment policy.
- If everything looks good, accept the order.
- If something went wrong, you could open an issue.
- If the review time expires, the order is automatically accepted.
Open Issue
- Select the items you want to replace or refund, and write a message for seller.
- Your issue directly goes to the seller to check and respond accordingly.
- Order never gets accepted automatically until you receive a settlement.
Instant Refund
- Receive seller’s response including settlement if required.
- Check seller’s response within time given by the policy.
- Accept settlement or reject with a reason.
- Once settlement is accepted, the refund is available on your card instantly.
